Blog Love

When Janet from the blog Postcard Fiction bestowed me with my second Liebster Blog award, I happily accepted it with a smile. An award? I’m okay with that!

Liebster Blog award

Liebster The Second.

As well as thanking the blogger who awarded me (thanks again Janet!), the second rule here is to pass on six things that bring me joy:

1. M&M’s

2. My parents

3. My friends (including my blogging buddies)

4. A mug of Tetley tea first thing in the morning

5. Blue sky

6. Seeing a smile

Please note, these are not in any particular order! Rest assured, my parents would win if there was a contest between my love for M&M’s and my love for them.

This is christyb I have much love to share.

Now (drum roll please) I pass along the award to five wonderful blogs that I personally follow:

Aurora Morealist:  http://auroramorealist.wordpress.com

Incoming BYTES:  http://incomingbytes.blogspot.com

The Heart Drive:  http://theheartdrive.wordpress.com

Written Words Never Die:  http://ericalaganfanclub.wordpress.com

Scriptor Obscura Writes:  http://scriptorwrites.wordpress.com

Enjoy your day everyone and may you create blue skies with your smiles!

Thank-you Sylvia. It is always nice to see you. Although the blog awards have different rules, there generally is a spreading of the love to other bloggers. We are a supportive group that has been very inviting to me. I am so thankful.

Way to go girl! You’re writing is insightful and graceful, and you deserve all that you get (well, excluding maybe a ninja pole attacking you in a parking lot! Damn those ninja poles!)… Now, you need to build an awards display case!

How sweet of you Marc. Well aside from the ninja pole reference. I swear the pole had it out for me the minute I stepped out the front door. I was going to write ‘the minute I left the building’ but hey I think in some ways I’ve already left the building.. hehe just kidding!

Simon, I do treasure my cups of tea. Aside from the caffeine, it is the warmth in my throat and the calming feeling of the mug in my hands. Take care my friend.

Thank you so much! I hope that you will understand if I just choose to post a credit to your blog as having given me the award on my awards page, but not to post about it or to pass it on. Thank you so much for giving me this award, it is truly an honor and a privilege to be chosen for this award! Thanks again!

You are very welcome! I left you a note on your blog, I understand about showcasing the award without adding the post. My intention is to bring notice to your blog and let you know I enjoy reading your posts. Have a great day and thanks for stopping by here.

    Dear Christy,
Congratulations on winning this award again.
So, a morning tea drinker like me…Hmmm, great way to start a day, I reckon.

Thank you for passing this award to me. I appreciate this recognition from a peer and friend.

Happy blogging and I will be back 🙂

Hi Eric, Thanks for the kind words. I like the blog awards because they are both from and to those who do similar work to us. As you say, our peers. Tea in the morning is a wonderful treat! Congrats again to you my sweet friend.

Congratulations Christy. I like coffee in the morning, but tea for the rest of the day, Twinings being my favourite. Lovely choices you made.
