When The Sun Comes Out To Play

How lovely, a sunshine of a different kind today! Not to take away from the original sun of course…

Ahem, let’s move on.

Awkward silence.

I have been presented with two happy awards, both of the same kind! Oh glorious sunshine, says christyb.

The Sunshine Award. (Insert “Ray of Light” sung by Madonna)

Thank-you to Miro of Warrior Poet Wisdom and Steph of Certainly Not Lost Down Under for such an honour. It means so much to me to be honoured by readers who regularly stop by here and who are bloggers themselves.

I thank you both.

Now, I must admit there are rules. I also must admit, I am choosing to go elsewhere with my post today.

I have explained before that I do not nominate other blogs as I hold so many close to my heart. The bloggers are very different in both subject matter and style; I choose to not play favourites.

Instead, I say thank-you to all of you, my readers, and wish you a day of radiance and hope that extends from within you.

Enjoy your day everyone!

Ah, caught ya cheatin’ huh? Come one now, you owe us about 30 fun facts about yourself, you need to promote about 30 to 50 blogs and stand on your left foot while doing the hanky panky!

    Nice poem, by the way…

Christy I love this poem, so intense in feeling, recalling all those glorious moments in her life and how we change without this change being visible. Well done.

I like your description Steph. Yes the inner changes can be considerable, especially following the end of a relationship. Thanks for your compliments!

Christy, if you don’t mind, I think I shall borrow your idea of gifting those who nominate me with a poem. Loving it and your poem. Thank you for both, lovely woman. Like Red, it may take me a while to get around to everyone I love to read but just had to say this idea of yours is just terrific! xo

How nice to see your smiling face today! I hope your computer issues are getting better. Of course you are welcome to give the gift of poetry, it is a wonderful gift to both give and receive! I’m happy you enjoyed the poem xx
