Why hello there. Yup, I had to do it. I put an exclamation point in the blog post title. Let’s create some excitement here!

I was fortunate enough to receive three digital pieces for Poetic Parfait from talented artist Jed Lloyd. While I only asked for one, I got three and now I can’t seem to decide which one I like the best. They are all so cool! I need your help…

Which of the three digital drawings below do YOU think would be the best one to display here at Poetic Parfait? I plan to give one of them a permanent place on the right-hand sidebar. Help me decide!

Please vote in the poll at the end of this post and leave a comment to tell me the one that you think would look best on the blog. I will use the one that gets the most votes. Yup, you’re helping design Poetic Parfait!

Here are the awesome choices:

and personally i would have choosen a less brighet colour too …
If don´t meaning to bother Jed, I will turn it to a black & white desing and then place it on the right-hand sidebar.

        You know… I am a classic girl.

Love Jed´s designs, I agree with you he is awesome!.

But in am kind of fixed in black and white.

        For example:

I love number #1 above here.
If this one wins I would be happy.

        See you soon Christy,

        Aquileana 🙂

They are all great, so you really can’t lose whichever you choose, but I liked the first one best as it seemed clearer/less busy – however, I could see how parfait might conjure the other images, so my choice is more a visual preference on my part than a considered choice for the message you may choose to convey. 🙂

You’re welcome, I actually like the first one too but the last graphic is too busy I think, the first one is clear and pristine but the second one has some style to it 🙂

Have a lovely evening Christy 🙂

I too rarely write romance but I think that it is a refreshing change my sweet friend and yours is delightful, I have read it four times and every time my first thoughts are of how lovely it is 🙂

I picked number 1 as the others feel a bit too ‘busy.’ The first looks cleaner but still fun. Number 2 is my second choice though! I don’t like number three as it feels like there is too much going on. Look forward to seeing the final winner on your blog soon!

Happy Friday Christy! I chose #2, because it gives the idea that the white walls of the everyday are brought to bursting colors by the effects of poetry, it shows a process happening that the other two don’t relay. That is very true in reality, too! Great artwork by Jed Lloyd – very appealing!

A little late here as I am still recharging but I also voted for 2 as a more artistic 1 and less busy 3. It’s also happier and the poet is surrounded and embraced by blots of ink making her environment pleasant, warm and creative! 🙂

I thought number 2 was great–my 2nd favorite is #1. I can see the artistic importance in #3, but it just didn’t catch my eye. This was fun–thanks for letting us help!
